Then we do an in person consultation to determine your hair color, determine the most suitable hair system base (either poly or lace), determine what adhesive/tape we’ll use, perform a patch test and go over any questions or concerns you have. This is no more than 15 to 20 minutes.

Once we determine the color and base of the system, if we do not have it in stock and we need to order a custom hair system, a $275 deposit will be needed to order the unit. The processing time varies but expect to wait anywhere from 1-3 weeks to get your custom hair system in.

Next is the installation which takes anywhere from 2 to 2.5 hours. In this step, we shave down the hair on top where the new hair system will go. Then it will be cut and styled to blend into your biological hair so it’s seamless and undetectable.

After this is complete we will go over tips and products needed to keep your hair system in tip top shape and schedule your maintenance appointment!

Yes, of course. However, we will not replace or exchange any hair systems that have been ripped or torn due to doing your own maintenance at home.

Yes! We do cut ins for clients that want to bring their own new and unused hair system. However, we won’t replace or exchange any hair systems you provide. The cost for a cut in is $300.

Yes but it’s recommended to wait 24-48 hrs after installing a hair system so the glue/tape has sufficient time to cure. After then you can shampoo and condition every other day, being careful around the front hair line and edges so it doesn’t cause any lifting.

Yes, we only use skin safe and non toxic water based glue, acrylic based glue and tape to ensure you don’t experience any rashes on the skin. A patch test can be done the day of your initial consultation once we determine what glue/tape we will be using.

Yes we use 100% real hair. Only gray hair systems come with some synthetic hair but it’s very close to the look and feel of real hair.

Yes however it’s recommended you wait 24-48 hours before going swimming or getting too sweaty as this may cause the glue to not cure properly. So take it easy for a day and just enjoy your new hair! After then you can swim and workout like normal.

Really? The whole point of this is to ditch the hat! But if you want to wear one just don’t wear it too snug since this may cause the edges to lift when taking the hat off.
